If you're a developer coming into a certain neighborhood, it is important to make good with the community by hiring locally and hiring a certain amount of minorities for your project. Once an agreement is made to hire a certain percentage of locals and minorities, we take the lead and provide you with qualified employees to meet your specific goals.
Our consulting firm already has a data base of qualified employees, and depending upon the needs of your project, we will conduct outreach and hold community job fairs in the community where your project is taking place. Section 3 is a government program which requires construction projects to employ a specific percentage of local and minority residences on projects receiving government funding-- we are also happy to help you meet those goals as well. We currently work on several major projects that require the use of our hiring services.
